Now Hiring: Head Coach – Eden Prairie Senior Legion Baseball
Eden Prairie Baseball is seeking an experienced, high-character, and driven leader to take the helm of our Senior Legion Baseball program as Head Coach.
Our Senior Legion program has a rich tradition of excellence, player development, and competitive success. We are looking for a coach who can continue this legacy while fostering a positive, high-energy environment that prepares young athletes for the next level on and off the field.
Application Deadline: August 15, 2026 (Interviews and hiring to be finalized by the end of August).
The Ideal Candidate
- Leadership & Character: A role model who prioritizes sportsmanship, team culture, and the personal growth of our players.
- Baseball Acumen: Deep knowledge of advanced baseball strategies, skill development, and game management.
- Experience: Prior coaching experience at the high school, legion, or collegiate level is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with players, parents, assistant coaches, and the Eden Prairie Baseball board.
Timeline
We intend to have this position filled by the end of August to allow the incoming Head Coach ample time to plan for the upcoming off-season and look ahead to the next summer campaign.
