3rd Grade: Maximum diameter 2 ¼” or less with unlimited weight differential with approval by USSSA or Babe Ruth with 1.15 BPF rating.
4th/5th: Same restrictions as 3rd grade with the exception of Big Barrel bats those with a diameter greater than 2 ¼”. Big Barrel bats must have a minus 10 weight differential.
6th/7th: There are no restrictions on the length of bats; each bat must be 2-3/4 inches or less in diameter at the thickest part and the bat shall be a -10, -5 or -3 in weight differential and approved for play by USSSA or Babe Ruth.
8th/9th: There are no restrictions on the length of bats, but, each bat must be 2-3/4 inches or less in diameter at the thickest part and the bat shall be a -5 or -3 in weight differential and approved for play by USSSA or Babe Ruth.
SYBL: Maximum diameter at the thickest part: 2 5/8. Length of a bat can not be longer than 36”. Weight differential shall be -3 with BBCOR certification.
