Board roles looking for volunteers

We have a number of open positions and terms.

Open to fill at October meeting:

Director of Player Evaluations 

  • Ensures all of our tryouts are successful. (fall, spring, community)
  • Plans all aspects of the tryouts; time, date, evaluators and communication.
  • Communicates volunteer needs to volunteer coordinator. 
  • Onsite during all tryout sessions to ensure smooth operation

Director of Fall Ball

  • Ensures our fall ball program is successful.
  • Works with associate member to ensure Jr. Fall ball is successful 
  • Ensures teams are formed, fields are available, communicates with coaches and parents.
  • Ensures every effort is taken to make sure players have a team.
  • Works with MBL, field maintenance and umpires to ensure fields and umpires are available.

VP of Operations  (executive committee role)

  • Oversees uniforms, equipment, field maintenance, concessions, volunteers coordinator , umpires & tournaments.
  • Ensure all aspects of our operation work together to create a great atmosphere for our players, families and guests.
  • Provides insights to each director and lends a hand when needed.

Director of Registration:
Ensures registrations are activated correctly.  answers registration questions and creates a schedule for team pictures.

Director of Umpires:
The board member will help with administration and ensure everyone is working well with the umpire team.

Concessions Operations Manager
Associate role to create the concessions schedule and ensure it is properly staffed.  Ensures volunteers/employees are trained properly.

Communications Manager:
A new role to ensure our communications are clearly written.
